Meet Kristina Donaldson, our passionate Founder & Director, who has devoted herself to the world of education and the sciences. From a young age, Kristina's fascination with science was evident as she immersed herself in textbooks and conducted exciting experiments right in her parents' kitchen. This early curiosity laid the foundation for her lifelong passion for learning and teaching.

Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of South Florida, where her love for delving into complex Biology topics first blossomed. While she initially aspired to pursue a career in cancer research, the sheer joy she found in explaining concepts and creating educational materials for herself drew her toward the field of education. She went on to earn a Master's degree in Management & Educational Leadership at the University of the West Indies in her hometown, Jamaica.
​Her unwavering enthusiasm for educating students is the driving force behind her commitment to making a significant impact on your learning journey. Kristina recognizes that each student possesses unique needs and learning styles. That's why her classes are thoughtfully tailored to cater to your specific requirements. Kristina is also a staunch advocate for STEM education, emphasizing its importance for both girls and boys. This belief has inspired her to create the highly successful Camp Imagineers, a visionary educational summer camp experience focused on innovation and fostering the overall development of the Caribbean.
